He received his Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, NM and has grown his practice in Burlington since 2017. Now expanding his practice into Morrisville, he specializes in advanced techniques that allow him to effectively address chronic illnesses, emotional imbalances, and persistent pain, offering a deeper level of healing beyond conventional treatments.
Through an additional mentorship after receiving his MS in Oriental Medicine, he was introduced to the wisdom of Classical Chinese Medicine and how to use alternative acupuncture channels and pathways with Dr. Sean A. Tuten, MSOM, Dipl. OM (NCCAOM), DOM (NM), a highly skilled and respected acupuncturist who is well known in the United States and abroad.
With additional training in Korean Cosmetic Acupuncture, under the instruction of Dr. Seung Choi, Matt offers specialized cosmetic acupuncture treatments. Cosmetic acupuncture stimulates collagen & elastin production, increases blood circulation, and activates facial muscles to achieve a firmer, more lifted look. Cosmetic acupuncture is a natural alternative to botox that offers a less invasive path to smoother and more radiant skin by activating key facial muscles, rather than paralyzing them.
